The Newport Area Chamber of Commerce hopes that you will join us for the 15th Annual Depot Days Festival, scheduled for Saturday, September 29 on Front Street. The Depot Days Committee is working diligently to plan another successful event, with free admission for all to enjoy!
The festival begins with the Lions Club Auction at 10 a.m. with stage entertainment beginning at 1 p.m. Entertainers include the DCI Trio, the Dunham Family, Larry Lee Cheshier Band, JM Van Eaton with Carl “Mona Lisa” Mann, Ace Cannon, Sonny Burgess & the Pacers, Brandon Jiles and the Kentucky Headhunters as headliners.
Booth space is currently being offered for only $25 (generally, electricity is not available unless reserved through the Chamber on a needs basis, first come, first served) for any arts & crafter, school organization, business or group. This would be a perfect opportunity for you to receive some exposure for your organization or business!
Set-up will be from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. on September 29. Vendors are asked to be ready to operate by 10 a.m. until at least late afternoon, but everyone is encouraged to stay until dark. As the day grows later, the crowds increase! Since activities and volunteers are limited, please do not arrive before 10 a.m.

NOTE: Only one booth will be accepted per business or competing consultant on a first-to-apply basis. Only food vendors will be allowed to sell items such as catfish, barbecue, nachos, corn dogs, hot dogs, sodas, water, etc. Any other food or drink items must be approved by the Chamber of Commerce, 870-523-3618, before submitting your application.
